SHIPPING

You should receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order.  If you do not receive the email, please check junk/spam folders to be sure.  This is especially important because if you don’t receive an order confirmation email you will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

RoadRallyRace ships internationally with a few exceptions.  Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for all VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, customs charges, handling fees required by your country when importing goods. We do not collect this beforehand and do not provide exact costs because it varies widely from country to country. Please do your research prior to purchase if these costs are of concern to you as we have no ability to negotiate, reduce, or change these fees.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
